DESCRIPTION:Date: July 6th & 7th 9am – 6pm \nMembers $375 / Non-Members $400 \nIN PERSON AT IAC \nParticipants will learn safe & effective approaches to working with individuals who exhibit aggressive behaviors. Participants will also learn appropriate calming techniques\, preventive strategies to de-escalate adverse situations & proper techniques for physical intervention when all else fails. This training covers CORE techniques. Staff seeking training must work in OPWDD-certified settings. \nREGISTER HERE \n  \nIAC Cancellation Policy: We are unable to refund Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice and Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice.  No- shows will be charged the full registration fee.
