Along with education on the planning process\, staff will practice how to implement goals listed in the Staff Action Plan\, construct effective documentation tactics\, and understand the dignity of risk and how that is essential to goal obtainment. Topics such as individual rights and the NADSP Code of Ethics will also be discussed.
