Each session will cover specific topics that are essential for a successful transition into a\nleadership role. \nPart One: Setting Yourself Up for Success  \nThe first session will focus on setting yourself up for success.\nWe will cover topics such as:\n• Understanding the role of a leader\n• Developing a leadership mindset\n• Setting goals and priorities\n• Building relationships with your team\n• Time management and delegation \nPart Two: How to Transition from a Peer to a Boss  \nThe second session will focus on the specific challenges of transitioning from a peer to a boss.
