DESCRIPTION:Members $140/Non members $170 \nClass Dates: November 1st and 2nd 10am-2pm \nONLINE VIA ZOOM \nOnly those who have been previously certified at IAC may attend. \nThose who have participated in IAC’s Incident Investigators training and have received a certification should be re-certified every 3 years. The course will include the following: \n• Review of Protection of People with Special Needs Act and Reforms \n• Social Service Law Section 488 \n• OPWDD 624\, 625 \n• Jonathan’s law \n• Subjects of Abuse and Neglect/Process SCR and SEL \n• Investigations \n• Best Practice \nAll participants will be required to pass an exam with a score of 80 or better to receive a recertification.
