After over thirty years working in program operations, including everything from Early Intervention to Preschool to School-age to every OPWDD service type, as well as all kinds of clinics and mental health programs, not to mention implementation of an electronic health record across a multi-service agency, Suzanne Timmerhans finally landed at IAC in August, 2012.
Building on her knack for software, Suzanne has assumed responsibility for IAC's CRM, Salesforce. Using Salesforce's platform - with a lot of help from her friends - Suzanne developed the DSP Tool. This tool allows supervisors to complete the DSP evaluation, as well as observation and Interviews, online. The DSP Tool offers an user-friendly interface that replaces the OPWDD issued Excel spreadsheet with radio button click and save.
Suzanne also manages the IAC Learning Management System built on the Relias platform. In addition to handling the licensing agreements with member agencies, Suzanne, utilizing the Articulate software, adds course content on a variety of subjects including Board of Director training materials.
In her spare time Suzanne acts as the IAC staff liaison for the Clinic Committee and ICS Committee where providers of these critical services get together to share information and make their voices heard.
Oh, I almost forgot, Suzanne also manages the IAC website and launched this new version in 2018 - hope you like it!
