Glenn came to IAC in 1999 in a part time consultant’s capacity to work with Richard Bosch on IAC’s Capital Finance Program. In 2000 he took on the role of Director of Member Services and developed the managed care training and the development & implementation of Related Services Network (RSNet). In the ensuing years the member services were expanded to include IAC’s Risk Reduction Program and the Colombia Project.
Since 2007 Glenn has been responsible for the overall management of InterAgency Transportation Soutions’ (IATS), including program development, contract development, public relations, marketing and liaison with IATS Transportation Board Committee. Over the years Glenn has brought IATS from a program running in deficit to a fiscally sound program serving twelve IAC member agencies and transporting 6,000 individuals with developmental disabilities everyday.
