DESCRIPTION:KEYS TO COMPLETING A THOROUGH DEATH INVESTIGATION\nApril 30th 10am-2pm\nONLINE VIA ZOOM\nMembers $125/Non Members $160\nThis half-day online training will focus on strategies for ensuring a thorough and comprehensive death investigation. The training course is open to all levels of staff responsible for conducting death investigations within OPWDD provider agencies. \nParticipants will receive expert guidance to enhance and develop their technical skills navigating through the death investigative process. \n  \nRequired criteria for evidence collection\, root cause analysis\, recommendations and on writing the investigative report will also be reviewed. \n\nREGISTER HERE\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIAC Cancellation Policy: We are unable to refund Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice and Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice.  No- shows will be charged the full registration fee.
