DESCRIPTION:Date: January 20th 9:30am – 4:30pm \nMembers $150 / Non-members $200 \nONLINE VIA ZOOM \nThose who have participated in IAC’s Incident Investigators training and have received a certification should be re-certified every 3 years. The course will include the following:\n\n• Review of Protection of People with Special Needs Act and Reforms\n• Social Service Law Section 488\n• OPWDD 624\, 625\n• Jonathan’s law\n• Subjects of Abuse and Neglect/Process SCR and SEL\n• Investigations\n• Best Practice\n\nAll participants will be required to pass an exam with a score of 80 or better to receive a recertification. Only those who have been previously certified at IAC may attend.\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy: Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.  Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.  No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
