DESCRIPTION:Members $350 / Non Members $375\nParticipants will learn safe & effective approaches to working with individuals who exhibit aggressive behaviors. Participants will also learn appropriate calming techniques\, preventive strategies to de-escalate adverse situations & proper techniques for physical intervention when all else fails.  This training covers CORE techniques.  Staff seeking training must work in OPWDD-certified settings.\nClass Dates: May 6 & 7th 9:00am-5:30pm
