Embracing Multigenerational Collaboration: Through group activities and discussions\, participants will explore the value of leveraging the unique strengths of each generation in collaborative settings. By embracing diversity of thought and experience\, teams can capitalize on a wide range of perspectives to drive innovation and problem-solving. \n4.
