DESCRIPTION:presented by Margaret J. Gould \nNovember 19th 10am-4pm \n  \nDifficult staff can make a manager’s life frustrating.  Often the challenge is confronting the person.  The aim is to resolve problems.  This class will discuss how to effectively supervise staff presenting issues in the workplace.  We will offer an array of ideas on how to deal with difficult personalities.  Scenarios will be included in the program.  They are designed to help participants problem-solve\, finding the right words and approaches to address problems.  We will also discuss how to assess candidates during the interview process.  This class will be helpful for anyone trying to supervise difficult staff members.
