SUMMARY:IN PERSON Performance Management to Ensure a Productive Team Approach
DESCRIPTION:This class meets in person at IAC offices January 23 10am-4pm \nMembers $150/Non Members $200 \nEnsuring a high level of performance is important.  Today\, DSPs must demonstrate independent judgment and create an environment that supports choice and personal goal attainment.  This class will examine how managers can help ensure performance standards.  We will discuss how to establish expectations\, build a team approach to excellence\, and help staff take responsibility for their job duties.  Information will include communication strategies and tools to monitor progress.  We will also provide tools and resources to help manage performance. \n  \nRegister: https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/ev/reg/neg4j9b \nCancellation Policy: Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.  Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.  No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
