DESCRIPTION:Date: February 19th 10AM – 4PM\nMembers $150 / Non Members $200 \nIt is extremely important to involve your staff and engage them.  Not only does this encourage a high level in terms of morale\, but it also helps with retention\, especially with younger staff members.  Engagement creates a level of enthusiasm and commitment.  Staff need to feel they are part of the agency and remain focused on the people we support utilizing the mission of your organization.  Outcomes in our field are only achieved when we work together with determination and excitement.\nThis program will offer practical ideas of how to engage your staff and build a willingness that will help ensure success.  The session will help managers and lead staff discover ways to ensure that there is a personalized approach that reflects the particular strengths and skills of each staff member. \nCancellation Policy: Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.  Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.  No shows will be charged the full registration fee. \nRegister Here: https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/ev/reg/kpnm29x
