Define implicit bias and understand its influence on workplace culture.\n2. Recognize how biases can affect decision-making and interactions.\n3. Learn strategies to reduce implicit biases in professional settings.\n4. Develop an action plan to promote equitable practices within teams.\n\n\nCancellation Policy: Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.  Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.  No shows will be charged the full registration fee.\n\nREGISTER HERE
