DESCRIPTION:Date: January 26th 10am – 12pm \nMembers $70 / Non-members $95 \nPresented by Hopper Trainings LLC \nONLINE VIA ZOOM \nStaff who work in an administrative capacity at I/DD organizations may not work directly with individuals\, but they do encounter them on a regular basis. If that contact is combined with an unexpected challenging behavior\, the staff can be left feeling helpless and unprepared. This course was created to address this issue and stems from a real-life incident involving an individual and an administrative staff. The content will give administration the knowledge and verbal cues to utilize when faced with a similar situation and will ensure everyone’s safety. \n  \nREGISTER HERE
