This is the hardest part of the employee race to push through. The reason is that the person got through to the other side\, but the true nature of the employee and their productivity becomes evident. This class is designed to give you tips and tricks on how to keep an employee engaged and motivated to keep running and stay on the path to success.\n\nJuly 30th 10am-1pm\nThe Water Stop–The Mid-Point-As a manager\, when is the last time in your race did you stop for some water?  When have you taken a breath? It is important to remember that you are running the race too. So you have partnerships and allies. This class will be designed to help relieve manager stress and offer strategies to take care of yourself.\n\nAugust 6th 10am-1pm\nOver the Finish Line-What is the future of your organization? What is 2030/2040 going to look like? The fact is\, you have finished one race\, but there are still many more to go. And while this can feel like a vicious cycle\, it is important to help you and your staff develop skills for the future.
