The course will include the following:\n\n• Review of Protection of People with Special Needs Act and Reforms\n• Social Service Law Section 488\n• OPWDD 624\, 625\n• Jonathan’s law\n• Subjects of Abuse and Neglect/Process SCR and SEL\n• Investigations\n• Best Practice\n\nAll participants will be required to pass an exam with a score of 80 or better to receive a recertification.
