On-Demand Training Package Requests

Upon confirmation of on-demand training dates, trainer(s), and location an invoice will be forwarded with training package details and instructions for payment.

Package Fee(s) and Payment

On-Demand training package fee(s) are determined by the InterAgency Council Training Institute (IACTI). Payments, accepted in the form of check or money order, for training packages are due immediately upon receipt of the IACTI order form/invoice and are to be made payable to: InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc., 150 West 30th Street, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10001; Attn: IAC Training Institute. A copy of the original IACTI order form/ invoice should be sent along with payment. Payment in full is required before course confirmation.


Cancellations and Reschedulings

Once training packages are confirmed, meaning that dates have been solidified, the trainer has been contacted, and training location has been determined, a training package cannot be cancelled. However, a training date can be rescheduled. In order to reschedule training, a request must be submitted in writing, on agency letterhead, indicating the reasons for rescheduling and including a proposal containing alternate dates. IAC will do its best to accommodate new training dates based on trainer availability. No refunds will be made.
