Sometimes you lead and sometimes you lead as a group member. Sometimes you must drag the group along with you kicking, screaming, and yelling. The goal is to achieve the same mission. This class is about how to be an effective leader both as a leader and as a team member. This will help guide you on effective strategies to create a more cohesive team and become a more effective leader. This class will talk about different leadership styles and when to utilize what strategy.
