Stress! Stress! Stress! Is the new Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. Stress is causing tension to build because programs are often short staffed and personnel have different expectations regarding their responsibilities. The result is that conflict arises on multiple levels. Managers must address conflict quickly and in a positive manner. This training offers strategies to help manage conflict and build a team approach to solving disagreements. It will focus on how to create open and honest communication. We will also discuss how to manage severe conflicts that arise which may have long term damage on the program if not handled properly.
