Coaching is an art. It doesn’t just happen. Coaching is the purposeful effort to help staff build and grow. Coaching is a wonderful tool to promote retention and help staff develop skill sets.
This course will explore the art of coaching. We will discuss how to do coaching with high performers as well as people who are struggling. We will offer practical approaches for busy managers to ensure that they are working with their staff and supporting them. Tools and ideas will be offered that are easy to implement and can help create the engaged workforce every manager needs to ensure program success.
Cancellation Policy: Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded. No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
