This session will explore the concept of implicit bias, its impact on workplace interactions, and strategies to mitigate bias in decision-making and communication. Objectives:
1. Define implicit bias and understand its influence on workplace culture.
2. Recognize how biases can affect decision-making and interactions.
3. Learn strategies to reduce implicit biases in professional settings.
4. Develop an action plan to promote equitable practices within teams.
