The 2-Part Peer to Boss series consists of two 90-minute interactive sessions that will be conducted via
Zoom. Each session will cover specific topics that are essential for a successful transition into a
leadership role.

Part One: Setting Yourself Up for Success

The first session will focus on setting yourself up for success.
We will cover topics such as:
• Understanding the role of a leader
• Developing a leadership mindset
• Setting goals and priorities
• Building relationships with your team
• Time management and delegation

Part Two: How to Transition from a Peer to a Boss

The second session will focus on the specific challenges of transitioning from a peer to a boss. We will cover topics such as:
• Managing former peers
• Establishing authority and credibility
• Communicating effectively as a leader
• Building trust with your team
• Handling conflicts and difficult conversations
