There are numerous courses on recruitment and retention, but most organizations are still facing a workforce crisis in finding and retaining talented staff.  Part of the problem is the lack of solid attraction and appeal strategies.  The key is in how you present the organization and what happens once staff are hired.  This is a no-nonsense approach to the art of attraction and appeal.  The course will offer hands-on, practical ideas and tools to secure the right workforce.
