Presented by: Margaret J. Gould, The Visions Center for Creative Management

Discover a fresh, practical way to bring person-centered planning to life using Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. While the “highly effective” label often gets associated with executives and managers, these habits are just as powerful—and often even more impactful—when used to help people with disabilities define their goals, build confidence, and pursue their dreams. They’re also an excellent framework for supporting staff growth and shaping meaningful career pathways.
In this engaging session, we’ll break down all seven habits and translate them into real-world support and planning strategies. You’ll leave with new ideas for modernizing services, strengthening outcomes, and shifting mindsets in ways that feel positive and doable.
Interactive, insightful, and genuinely fun—this class offers a refreshing perspective you can put into practice right away.
