Today, we communicate in traditional ways, verbally and through the written word, but we also communicate in many different ways, digitally, through social media, and remotely. This course will focus on how to communicate effectively and meet the changing needs in any work setting. We will discuss the importance of active listening and engagement, and how to ensure important messages are not lost or misunderstood.
The program will be a full-day session, and it will be highly interactive. Participants will walk away with new insights into how they communicate and how to build relationships in this ever-changing work environment.
