ONLINE Incident Investigation Recertification November 2026

Date: November 11th 9:30am – 4:30pm

Members $150 / Non-Members $200

Those who have participated in IAC’s Incident Investigators training and have received a certification should be re-certified every 3 years. The course will include the following:

Review of Protection of People with Special Needs Act and Reforms
Social Service Law Section 488
OPWDD 624, 625
Jonathan’s law
Subjects of Abuse and Neglect/Process SCR and SEL
Investigations
Best Practice

All participants will be required to pass an exam with a score of 80 or better to receive a recertification. Only those who have been previously certified at IAC may attend.

IAC Cancellation Policy: We are unable to refund Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice and Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice.  No- shows will be charged the full registration fee.
