Don’t sweat the small stuff and a lot of what happens is small stuff. Managers are advocates for the people we support and the program itself. Some battles you need to “go to the mattresses” and others you need to let go. This class will help you determine where you need to put your resources. What battles you can let go of, what battles you need to pick up, and where you need to find alternate approaches. As a manager we cannot solve every problem nor can we be everything to everyone. However, we can create tools to help manage best case scenarios.
