DSP Sustainability Project for Upper Level Management
This six-part expanded virtual series is designed for agency leaders to transform how they support Direct Support Professionals —the backbone of care in disability services, healthcare, and long-term support. From research by economist Dr. Jennifer Cohen, we know DSPs love their work but often can’t afford to stay. While we continue pushing for better pay, there is much more we can do -right now- to support those who support people with I/DD and their families.

5. November 5, 2026 (1:30pm-3pm) – Leading for Sustainability with Jen Cohen, Robert Budd & Marco Damiani
6. November 12, 2026 – Empathy: The key to transformation withJen Cohen, Tibi Guzman & Robert Budd *this is a Thursday session.
The entire series is being offered to members for $950 and non members for $1100 (fee includes the MBTI assessment). Space is limited to 25 attendees.
IAC Cancellation Policy: We are unable to refund Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice and Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice. No- shows will be charged the full registration fee.
