Building Employment Partnerships for Individuals with Disabilities

Fora works with individuals to explore vocational interests and access employment opportunities through Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services and vocational counseling. While Fora does not provide job coaching, Supported Employment services, or OPWDD-funded employment supports directly, we are looking to collaborate with organizations that specialize in these services to ensure individuals receive the ongoing support they need for successful employment outcomes.

Through our partnership with Assisted Living communities and a variety of private companies and government entities, across Nassau County, Suffolk County, and New York, Fora has access to a variety of employment opportunities for qualified candidates. We are seeking nonprofit partners that can provide job coaching, Supported Employment services, and OPWDD-funded support to individuals referred for these positions.
