IN PERSON-Dealing with Difficult People:  How to Build Cooperation

There are many classes on how to survive dealing with difficult people.  However, it is important, no matter how difficult a person is, to build consensus and to work together in a positive and cooperative manner. Working with difficult personalities requires more than simply managing conflict—it takes collaboration, communication, and a shared commitment to moving forward.

This highly participatory, in-person class will explore a range of challenging workplace personalities and provide practical strategies for transforming difficult interactions into more positive, productive relationships. Participants will practice techniques for building consensus, strengthening teamwork, and creating collaborative solutions, leaving with actionable tools to navigate workplace challenges while keeping programs, teams, and organizational goals moving forward.
