In 2024 it is really important for people to enjoy what they do in order to be committed to what they do. We often think of work as a four-letter word, but it is so much more. If you can make the job of a DSP more fun and interesting you will retain staff longer, create a better environment, and you won’t dread going into work yourself. This class is to help find the fun in what we do rather than the ugh!
