Like all businesses, community-based organizations must change with the times. The service system is based on some ideals developed in the 1990s, but today, many of the services must change to appeal to a younger generation of people wanting support and a changing workforce. How do community agencies modernize? What innovations can we incorporate, given our current funding levels? How can organizations remain competitive? These are the questions we will tackle in this session.
