What is really essential? Are you doing things that are producing the most important results, or is your day filled with “things to do?” Highly effective people are focused on what is essential with a results perspective. This class is not a time management course. It is about how to focus your energy to gain meaningful results. Whether your issue is at work or personally, how you prioritize has a direct result on the outcomes achieved. This is a course that will challenge participants to truly gain a new way of thinking and acting.
