Keys to Completing a Thorough Death Investigation

This half-day online training will focus on strategies for ensuring a thorough and comprehensive death investigation. The training course is open to all levels of staff responsible for conducting death investigations within OPWDD provider agencies.

Participants will receive expert guidance to enhance and develop their technical skills navigating through the death investigative process.

Required criteria for evidence collection, root cause analysis, recommendations and on writing the investigative report will also be reviewed.
