This training will provide tools and techniques for engaging in open and honest conversations about difficult topics, fostering a culture of transparency and respect.
Objectives:
1. Understand the importance of courageous conversations in building trust.
2. Learn techniques for initiating and navigating difficult discussions.
3. Identify barriers to open communication and how to address them.
4. Practice communication skills through interactive exercises.
Cancellation Policy: Registrations for Single day classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Registrations for Multi-day classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded. No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
