ONLINE Incident Investigation Recertification Training June 2025

Only those who have been previously certified at IAC may attend.
Those who have participated in IAC’s Incident Investigators training and have received a certification should be re-certified every 3 years. The course will include the following:
• Review of Protection of People with Special Needs Act and Reforms
• Social Service Law Section 488
• OPWDD 624, 625
• Jonathan’s law
• Subjects of Abuse and Neglect/Process SCR and SEL
• Investigations
• Best Practice
All participants will be required to pass an exam with a score of 80 or better to receive a recertification.
