The key ingredients we will highlight are: how to ensure communication is flowing effectively, implementing policies and practices, creating clear expectations, and monitoring work performance.  We will offer some hints on how to organized your management practices to ensure productivity and quality emerge.  In addition, we will help you build skills in this area that will be necessary in meeting workforce needs in the future.
