Person-Centered Planning will involve understanding your role in providing services that maximizes the ability of an individual to strive towards a state of independence and meets their expectation for a rewarding life.  Along with education on the planning process, staff will practice how to implement goals in mock Staff Action Plans, understand the dignity of risk as essential to goal obtainment, and construct effective documentation tactics.
