This session focuses on practical ways to build accountability across teams. We’ll discuss how to encourage ownership of tasks, align everyday work with larger organizational goals, and create a culture where everyone takes responsibility for their role. Whether you’re a leader or team member, you’ll walk away with actionable strategies to help foster a more accountable, productive environment.

This class is intended for first-time supervisors, mid-level managers, department heads, project managers, supervisory managers, senior managers, executive leaders, strategic leaders, C-suite executives, high-potential employees, human resources professionals, and mentors or leadership coaches.
