Strategies for Crisis Intervention & Prevention-Re-Certification
This half-day course meets the requirements for annual Re-Certification for SCIP-R. Participants will review safe & effective approaches to working with individuals who exhibit aggressive behaviors. Participants will also revisit appropriate calming techniques, preventive strategies to de-escalate adverse situations & proper techniques for physical intervention when all else fails.
This class will be held IN PERSON at IAC.
