To work in the field of disabilities effectively you must have a frame of optimism. Its very important that you believe in the mission, vision, and values and that you can inspire others to have a can do attitude. Sometimes it’s hard to be optimistic when you are under pressure and even harder to pat yourself on the back. But being positive is the golden nugget for success. This class will teach you how to remain positive even through the hard times.
